Our practice is affiliated with several health insurance
providers. The best way to find out if we participate in your plan is
to call the number on your health insurance card and ask.
The plans we are currently affiliated with are listed on

I paid my co-pay when I came to your office? Why am
I still getting a bill?
Insurance companies have been known to delay payment or
deny charges incorrectly. Please remember that regardless of the type
of insurance you have, any charges are ultimately your responsibility.
Please see our Payment Policy
Form for more information.

What can I do to get my insurance company to pay claims
on time and correctly?
Lots of things. For example:
- Know your policy: What does it cover? What is your CO-pay amount?
What are your deductibles?
- Call the insurance company and find out what the problem is. Always
note the date of the call and the name of the person you talk to. Keep
a record of any other calls you make about the issue.
- If you are not satisfied with the way the customer service agent is
handling your call, ask to speak to a supervisor.
- If you are not successful in resolving the problem with phone calls,
find out where you can send a written complaint and send one.
Remember, you or your employer paid the premium on your insurance. You
are entitled to what you paid for!
