How can I get my prescription refilled?
Please call during regular office hours and let the office
staff know that you need a prescription refilled. One of the doctors will
call you back and confirm that the prescription can be refilled. Please
have the number of your pharmacy available when the doctor calls, and
make sure that the pharmacy is open so we can call in the prescription.
NOTE: We never refill narcotics or scheduled drugs without
seeing our patients in a follow-up visit.

I called but no one ever called me back. How come?
It's possible you have a block on your phone that does not
accept calls from callers without caller ID. Please unblock your phone

What happens if I need to be hospitalized?
Most likely, if you need to be hospitalized, we will admit
you to Piedmont
Hospital. Rossi & Shirey Medical has been affiliated with Piedmont
Hospital since 1994. Piedmont Hospital is one of the most highly ranked
and convenient hospitals in Atlanta.
While you are hospitalized, you will be cared for by a "hospitalist"
(a board-certified Internist who specializes in taking care of hospitalized
patients). Hospitalists are available in the hospital 24 hours a day,
seven days a week. The hospitalist will see you and coordinate your care
with us on a daily basis.
For more information, go to Piedmont
Hospital.
